I’m so happy I found a women-only gym! As a Muslim woman, I prefer a space where I can work out comfortably in a women-only environment. The gym is well-equipped with all the machines I need, making my workouts easy and enjoyable. Definitely a great find!

Update As of March 1, 2025:I have still not been contacted by Eve Fit regarding my previous concerns. Thankfully, my boyfriend kindly paid for my membership reinstatement, and I do genuinely enjoy the gym, especially since it’s a women-only space. However, it’s clear that there is no dedicated marketing or customer service team focused on client experience. As a marketing coordinator myself, I can confidently say there is no way I would have let this issue go unresolved for so long without reaching out to the customer. This review has now received over a thousand views, and I will not take it down because, while I do love the gym and am a member now, I do not want anyone else who couldn't afford to pay for their membership fee twice in two months to be left hanging like I was.Original Review:I’ve had a frustrating experience with Eve Fit, and unfortunately, I feel the need to share it. I had to pause my membership due to losing my job and contacted the gym promptly to notify them. A month later, I reached out to reinstate my membership, only to find that I’m being asked to pay for the time I wasn’t using the gym. What’s more upsetting is that the amount I’m asked to pay exceeds the amount I would pay if I were to restart my membership and pay the maintenance fee — which, by the way, I paid just two months ago.I’m not sure about their policy, but it feels incredibly unfair. I paused it on time due to a valid personal reason, communicated right away, and yet I’m being penalized for the period (barely a month) I wasn’t in the gym. There should be a clearer and more supportive policy for members facing legitimate circumstances, allowing them to pause or restart their membership without facing unnecessary charges. I would have hoped for more understanding from the gym, but based on this experience, I’m unsure if I’ll continue as a member. It's disheartening that clients aren't informed upfront about the lack of a membership pause option. I really wanted to work something out, but if others are in a similar situation, this might not be a gym I recommend in the future.I hope they change this policy, not just for me but for everyone else. Until then, I cannot recommend this gym. I am open to being contacted and working to resolve this issue.

I’m currently on the hunt for a new gym. This gym was my second stop. I paid $30 for a week trial. The first class I attended was HIIT, “lead” by Janine. She was a couple minutes late & didn’t know how many women were supposed to be in the class. There was no introduction or overview of the class. She simply said “do the warm up”. After noticing our confusion she asked us to do jumping jacks, we weren’t told how many or for how long. The rest of the workout followed a similar pattern, we weren’t coached or corrected at any point. Janine demonstrated the exercises once & didn’t assist anyone. By no means, am I an expert but I could tell the other women were struggling with the exercises more than I was. 2 of them were doing “push ups”without bending their elbows. Janine didn’t offer modifications or adjustments. She spent the whole class looking at her phone. The session lasted only 36 minutes, there was no cool down. The music was too loud, we could barely hear when we were supposed to move onto the next station. I also have no idea if the stations were timed or if we were supposed to be doing sets. There was a whiteboard where she listed some of the exercises but nothing else. I didn’t even noticed the board until the end of the class. I would have liked to see the whole workout outlined, per example: Warm up: jumping jacks - 45 secs x2Workout: 10 med ball slams, 10 kettle bell swings, 10 jumping squats, 10 burpees, Sled push back and forth for 1 min, Rope for 1 min. Repeat all 4 times.Overall, I would avoid Janine as a trainer.I wish I could review Robyn’s barre class but I ended up being late due to weather so I decided to hangout around and watch.Robyn’s build and burn was a great HIIT class. Complete opposite of my experience with Janine.I decided to not become a member due to Janine being the only trainer on Tuesday afternoons and lack of Friday evening classes.
